Our
Vision
Salt Pathways Education was founded by Matthew Saltonstall and his wife, Regina, after she stepped away from the charter school system following the birth of their daughter. Although she continued working as an occasional substitute, Regina missed the deeper connections and meaningful progress she experienced while supporting students with special needs.

For several years, Regina had continued tutoring one loyal family who believed strongly in her abilities. With their encouragement, and her husband’s support, she felt inspired to expand her reach and begin helping more neurodiverse students in her community. Regina brings 10 years of experience working with children with special needs, 7 years as a long-term substitute, 4 years managing a special education caseload, and a background in early intervention, RBT training, and the Wilson Reading System. She has completed extensive coursework in special education and has received high level training to work with neurodivergent students throughout her professional career.
Salt Pathways was created from her passion for individualized instruction, compassionate behavior support, and celebrating the growth of every learner. What began with one student has grown into a mission to guide neurodiverse learners along their path to confidence, skill development, and long-term success.
Our vision is to become a trusted provider of specialized tutoring and learning support services for neurodiverse students in Southern Nevada. Salt Pathways Education seeks to grow through strong family
partnerships, collaboration with schools and community organizations, and a commitment to equity, accessibility, and student‑centered learning.
